My answer was
In economics we don’t consider spiritual benefit. It will be better if we say that we study economics to study the tangible benefits to the economy as it is studied to further strengthen or improve the economy .
Is cane A ahmad will still go for books as there is more benefit of books for him as compared to clothes as books has resale value and clothes get rotten and gets old fashioned too .
In case B ,still ahmad will buy the books as it holds the same position as in case A ,the difference in the charity ratio doesn’t make any differences.
